Meet the Medallist Cycling and Team Building Day Package

Cost: £5000+VAT (Pro Rata Increases / Decreases on numbers available).
Having hosted days at the Velo Park since 2014, we have seen a few Charity days charging upwards of £5K for four cyclists. This package is asking that you consider what £5k+VAT will get you with a Legacy 300 day that is designed for you to fundraise with your chosen good cause. Uniquely, you can even get the fee discounted all the way down to zero.
- 16 Cycling places hosted by two GB Medallists in an exclusive track session, where you have a unique Flying Lap competition going head to head against a Paris 2024 Medallist.
- 50 Places for non-cycling colleagues on the days Meet the Medallist Activities a fun fully inclusive team building experience hosted by four other GB Medallists from other sports see www.legacy300.com/mtm
- These numbers can be reduced / increased on a pro rata basis.
Everyone whether on Bike or in the fun Meet the Medallist activity zone, gets the chance to take on the times and targets set by the GB Athletes in the days fundraising challenges.
This creates 66 active fundraisers for your chosen charity, encouraging their network to support them in a unique challenge.
- Fundraising for your chosen good causes gives everyone time and points bonuses to help you Beat the Medallist.
- Set up a donation page direct to your chosen good cause Your Company vs The GB Athletes and collective milestones trigger the bonuses.

Fundraise with the GB Athletes Crowdfunding platform to support a wide range of good causes and for every £3 raised we deduct £1 off your £5K entry fee

If supporting a specific charity, then the deduction depends on how successfully they sell the Athletes Experiences that have raised over £658K for good causes.

With corporate event budgets constantly being reviewed downwards, it maybe time to embrace innovative ideas based on 13 years of successful delivery of Athlete hosted experiences.
Your Cycling formatted experience includes:
- Velodrome track for 75 minutes for a maximum 16 people all equipment including bikes.
- Head to Head Flying Lap or Individual Pursuit times against the host GB Athlete in your cycling Beat the Medallist challenge
- Full professional assistance throughout the day with trained coaches.
- Athlete hosted medal ceremony for the fastest lap / individual pursuit winners.
- Exclusive athlete signed mementoes for each guest.
- Photos with the Athlete and of the riders in action.
- Talk and Q and A with the attending Cycling Medallist.
- Additional free of charge access to the days Meet the Medallist activities hosted by six GB Paris 2024 Medallists from other sports.
- Q and A with two of the medallists
- Selfies and Signage session in the Medallist Maze with all the Medallists.
- 20+ non sporting and sporting activities to try and surpass the times and targets set by the days GB Athletes.
