One for the Cycling fans here, who get to indulge themselves but can justify the company expenditure by bringing along colleagues to take part in a series of fun sporting and non-sporting team building activities, whilst you enjoy guilt free your VIP Cycling package.
Paris 2024 will once again bring forth new sporting heroes and this is your chance for you, clients and your colleagues to take part in a once in a lifetime charity event and get to meet with and uniquely compete against the GB Medallists. Whilst four of you will be taking part in Track and Road Cycling challenges hosted by medal winning GB Cyclists, other GB Athletes will be hosting a variety of indoor and outdoor challenges for 20 of your colleagues to compete in an overall Team Prize. (Extra numbers can be added at cost).
The five-hour experience will see your group get to participate in sporting activities with the GB Athletes and fellow participants, take part in fun inflatable and puzzle challenges listen to and question the Athletes on their careers and go home with seized photo opportunities and signed personal souvenirs. Each activity has an amazing opportunity to take on the Athlete and your group in a Beat the Medallist challenge which can be used by the company to fundraise for your chosen good cause. You will have your own hospitality and networking zone which the GB medal winners will attend in rotation. The attending athletes will be announced in September, but will be drawn from the Cycling, Rowing, Canoeing squads and other members of our GB Athletes.
Your package includes;
PREMIUM VIP CYCLING (FOUR PEOPLE)
Olympic Velodrome: A four-hour experience involves two cycling sessions a flying lap contest, a Q and A and a Road Time Trial competition where you compete against your group and the GB Medallist.
BEAT THE MEDALLIST CHALLENGES: (TWENTY PEOPLE PLUS CYCLISTS)
Velodrome and Park : Can you beat the times and targets set by the GB Athletes: Rowing Machine and outdoor Virtual Shooting : Hockey .
TEAM BUILDING CHALLENGES AND PUZZLES (TWENTY PEOPLE PLUS CYCLISTS)
Six different point scoring fun games and puzzles to help your team win the days Team Event prize.
ATHLETE Q AND A’S AND PHOTO ZONES (ALL)
The chance to learn the behind-the-scenes stories of Paris 2024 from the medal winners themselves.
YOUR OWN EXCLUSIVE HOSPITALITY AND NETWORKING ZONE (ALL)
Afternoon tea. You can access additional hospitality if required.
TOTAL PACKAGE COST: £5000 + VAT Four Cyclists plus Twenty Event Guests
Extra event guests £100 plus VAT per person.
Fundraising for your chosen good causes with the GB Athletes reduces the entry fee for £1 by every £4 allocated to your good cause. (Full details via david@legacy300.com).
DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The full payment is due 28 days after confirmation of booking for the planned Homecoming Event. Booking will be confirmed by no later than the 30th April 2024
In the event of the Homecoming event not being activated by the 30th April 2024, the deposit will secure four VIP Cycling places on the GB Cyclist hosted event which will run on Thursday 19th September 2024 at Lee Valley Velo Park.
The overall package price covers;
- Four Cyclists and 20 Team Building Guests
- Catering up to £500. You may add additional catering directly with the venue.
- Your own exclusive Hospitality area for you to brand and provide your own planned activities.
- Full access to all Team Building activities.
- Entry into the Rowing ERG and Hockey Events for nominated guests.
- Visits to your Hospitality area throughout the day by the attending GB Athletes.
