  • We have delivered over 230 + GB Gold Medallist hosted sessions and have been delivering days at the Olympic Velodrome since 2014.

  • Whether as an exclusive corporate day or part of our shared experience. This is the chance to cycle, meet and take part in the patented Beat the Medallist challenge.

​

  • If you choose to fundraise for your chosen good cause with the GB Athletes we will reduce the cost of the event by £1 for every £2.50 MAX raised.

  • Each day comes with an Athlete Q and A and photo session and access to that day's Meet the Medallist activities.

SPRING 2025 CYCLING EVENTS â€‹

We are on a mission to remind you that corporate, charity cycling days can be fun...and TIME EFFICIENT.​

​​

Having since 2014, delivered fun and time conscious GB Cyclist hosted experiences at the Velo Park  we cannot escape the preponderance of all day cycling events which maybe immense, but very time consuming.

That's why we are therefore doubling down on the fun element, adding in extra cycling (if required) but also making it a day for non-cyclists, they can have fun whilst you indulge your cycling passions.
 

  • In 2025, we are co-locating our Cycling Days with that days Meet the Medallist Social experience. (See below)

  • Free access to these activities for participants on our Cycling Sessions.

  • Full details on the Cycling Packages can be downloaded via here.

  • Creating a UNIQUE cycling package to host your colleagues, clients and friends on our days.

  • Also the only VIP Cycling experience you can have your entry fee reduced by £1 for every £2.50 generated into the GB Athletes Social Impact fund click here.

BEAT THE MEDALLIST CHALLENGE

 

PATENTED EVENT EXPERIENCE

The format is designed to add to the £643K raised for good causes. If you are looking to fundraise for your chosen good cause this is a unique call for support as you look to beat the GB Gold Medallist.

 

OTHER EVENT COMPANIES: If you are going to use the challenge on your own days, please respect the patent, and make a donation to your chosen good cause through the GB Athletes Crowdfunding Platform.

ALL FORMATTED EVENTS AND VIP EXPERIENCES INCLUDE:

The day will see you rotated around the cycling and networking zones with rest periods to ensure maximum performance. Full rota is available on request.

 

  • Exclusive track use for 75 minutes, all equipment provided including bikes.

  • Full professional assistance throughout the day with trained coaches.

  • Athlete hosted medal ceremony for the fastest lap / individual pursuit winners.

  • Full photographic service both print and digital for social media.

  • Exclusive signed mementoes for each guest.

  • Talk and Q and A with the attending Medallist

  • On Legacy 300 days free access to the days Meet the Medallist activities.

  • Optional recreational Mountain Biking.

  • Full pre event Fundraising support as we attempt to get you to cycle for free.
